Venue Hire Rules
It is a condition of our lease with Bayside Council that the hall not be made available for 14-21 year old birthday celebrations nor sporting club functions.
Hampton Life Saving Club is not a licensed venue. Groups hiring the club are responsibile for arranging their own Liquor Licence.
Additionally, it is Club Policy that the hall is not available on either Saturday or Sunday from November until Easter each season. This is due to patrolling and club commitments.
Friday evening bookings during this period will be considered subject to club availability and on application.
In accordance with Council By-laws, and the lease, the club adheres to a strict 12 am noise policy. All events must conclude by 1am.
For all evening hires, it is a condition of hire that the hall be cleaned and all rubbish removed by 10 am the following morning - this includes Weddings.
For daytime hires, the club must be cleaned and all rubbish removed prior to return of the key.
Wedding Hires that require early access to the club for set up, may be asked to pay an additional hire fee.
