Order Form

You can place your order for club uniforms and merchandise in a number of ways.

You can download a Hampton Life Saving Club Uniform and Merchandise Order Form which details a wide range of products that you can order in person during the Nippers Sessions or print and send to the club at any other time, for your order to be placed.

If using the email option you can either scan the pdf Order Form and attach it, or you can type in a free text order. Please ensure that you stipulate the item and size of each item to be ordered. Orders can then be collected from the Kiosk during Nipper sessions or at other times with prior arrangement.

Payment

Payment can be made in person using cash, cheque or credit card. Payment must be received prior to collecting your order.

Alternatively, you can pay via credit card using the online payment gateway.

Ensure that you type in Hampton and then press enter. The price list is then viewable on the gateway by clicking on view price list. If paying using this method, please ensure that you print out your receipt and bring it with you when collecting your order.
